No. We are fully equipped with non toxic products and professional tools. If you have any specific products you would like us to use, please let us know during booking.

Absolutely, you can modify or cancel your booking via SMS up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% service fee.

Yes. Our products are non toxic for pets, and our team are very animal friendly! We may ask that pets be secured if they interrupt the service.

Just one. The same friendly face will complete your service each time, maintaining a personal touch. A replacement may only be sent in the case of illness or absence, when our team takes a well deserved break.
