Our Bond Cleaning service follows a comprehensive, agent focused checklist structured around the areas that Brisbane property managers assess at hand over. With a range of optional add ons, you can tailor your service to suit the needs of your property and prepare for the perfect handover.
INCLUDED in Bond Cleaning
Throughout: surfaces dusted, cobwebs removed, windowsills and tracks, spot clean walls, mirrors and internal glass windows(accessible)*, sliding doors, empty all bins.
Detailing: skirting boards, doors and handles, light switches and power points, ceiling fans, light fixtures(accessible).
Kitchen: surfaces, oven, stovetop and range hood, dishwasher, microwave, appliance exteriors, interior and exterior of cupboards.
Bathrooms: deep clean shower and tub, clean and sanitise toilet, vanity and sink, interior and exterior of cupboards, mirrors polished.
Floors: professional vacuum and mop across all hard surfaces.
*Internal window cleaning is based on 2 windows per room, please specify additional windows during booking.

Windows, Tracks & Glass
Sparkling windows and well presented window tracks make a noticeable difference during an inspection. Dust, dirt and debris often collect in tracks and on sills, even when the glass itself appears to be clean. Our service includes cleaning of internal glass, accessible window tracks and sills, helping create a brighter, cleaner presentation throughout the property. External ground floor windows may be added upon request.

Yes. Bond Cleans are specifically designed for vacant homes. The home should be left unfurnished and all personal items removed, so all areas can be accessed.

If the property requires significantly more work than anticipated, we will contact you before proceeding. You can choose to approve additional time at an agreed cost, or have us complete as much as possible within the original quote. We encourage you to be as transparent as possible when describing your home to avoid any last minute adjustments.

Yes. Limescale, hard water and mould removal are included in the standard Bond Clean checklist.
For heavy, long neglected build up, results can vary depending on how the build up has set into the surface. In these cases we will let you know what to expect whilst aiming for the best result.

While no cleaning company can guarantee a full bond refund, as this depends on property condition, agent expectations and maintenance issues. However, Kept follows a comprehensive, agent focused checklist designed to meet the high standards typically expected during end of lease inspections. If there are any problems with the service provided, we will return to correct this free of charge if reported within 72 hours.

Not every property needs the same scope of work. Listing some specific tasks as extras allows us to keep our pricing more accurate, ensures the scope is clear, and avoids charging clients for services that may not be necessary in their homes.

You will receive an invoice via SMS.
Bond Cleaning services require a 50% deposit at least 48 hours before the booking takes place. The other 50% should be paid within 24 hours of completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include Direct Transfer, Credit card and Debit card.
A late payment fee of 10% will apply for each day the payment is late.
