Kitchen and bathroom cleaning and sanitising
Dusting and sanitising of all accessible surfaces
Decorative items safely dusted
High touch areas such as light switches and door handles
Accessible windowsills and window tracks
Detailed skirting boards
Cobweb removal
Safely accessible ceiling fans
Rangehood exterior and filters cleaned where possible
Kitchen and bathroom appliance exteriors
Mirrors and reflective surfaces polished
Surface mould and limescale removed where condition allows
All floors vacuumed and mopped

External walls and windows
Pressure washing
Carpet cleaning
Cleaning of window interiors at an inaccessible height
Moving considerably heavy items or furniture
Laundry services
Rubbish removal(this does not include interior bins)

Ceilings and full wall cleaning
Washing dishes or unloading dishwashers
Cleaning of biohazards such as faeces, vomit or blood.

Optional add ons may be available when the home requires more than the standard deep clean detailing.
This includes: Oven Cleaning, Interior Fridge Cleaning, Interior Cupboard Cleaning, Wall Spot Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning or Balcony Floors. Simply let us know during booking, and we can add this to your service.

Our Deep Clean service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom service that goes beyond regular housekeeping to target built up dirt, grime and overlooked areas. Ideal for homes needing a thorough refresh, whether it be seasonally, before special occassions, or in preparation for regular maintenance cleaning.

Regular cleaning is designed for ongoing upkeep of homes in an already maintainable condition. Deep cleaning is a more comprehensive approach and allocates more time to reset build up and prepare the home for regular maintenance cleaning.

Optional add ons are not automatically included in a Deep Cleaning service. This can include tasks such as oven cleaning and wall spot cleaning. Additional tasks such as this must be mentioned during booking.

Yes. Limescale, hard water and mould removal are included in the standard Deep Cleaning scope.
For heavy, long neglected build up, results can vary depending on how the build up has set into the surface. In these cases we will let you know what to expect whilst aiming for the best result.

Our Deep Cleaning service starts from $349. As every service is uniquely tailored to your home and needs, please be thorough when describing your home size, condition and specific requirements so we can provide an accurate quote. Optional extras can be added to customise your service.

If your home is in significantly worse condition than anticipated, we will discuss the situation with you before proceeding. You will have the option to approve additional time and resources at an agreed cost, or have us complete as much as possible within the original scope and price.
We encourage you to be as descriptive as possible during booking, to avoid last minute adjustments on the day.

No. While you are welcome to remain home, we find most clients prefer to head out while we work, allowing us to clean more efficiently with minimal disruption. We’ll ensure your home is secure when we leave, and update you if needed.

Yes. It is recommended that homes that have not been regularly maintained have a deep clean completed before commencing regular cleaning.

Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with their own professional products and equipment.

You will receive an invoice via SMS.
Deep Cleaning services require a 50% deposit at least 48 hours before the booking takes place. The other 50% should be paid within 24 hours of completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include Direct Transfer, Credit Card and Debit card.
A late payment fee of 10% will apply for each day the payment is late.

You will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS, as well as an SMS reminder 24 hours before your booking.
